EDF Energy Networks and High Voltage Maintenance Services In order to deliver effective ongoing switchgear maintenance to EDF Energy within the LPN area, High Voltage Maintenance Services Limited required specific training on undertaking maintenance on 11Kv Switchgear.

MET, as an approved EDF Energy training provider developed a bespoke 11Kv Fitting Maintenance course to specifically meet both HVMS and EDF Energies needs.

Delivered over 10 days and covering a number of different types of switchgear and maintenance techniques, all staff are now authorised to work within the EDF Energy network area and are putting their skills into practice safely and competently every day.
