Water Network Courses

The focus of the UK’s water industry over the coming decade will continue to be network renewal.  Having the skills to work competently and safely within this sector will be a key attribute for employment.

In partnership with our sister business H2O Water Services (www.h2owater.co.uk), a leading provider of customer facing work on the UK’s water networks, we decided to focus our training portfolio upon the culture of working safely and competently.

With dedicated Health and Safety training zones at our training centre at Corby we are able to provide to the sector specialist training in:

• Confined Spaces
• New Roads and Street Works Act – Operative and Supervisor
• Working at Height including deep excavation
• Working Safely

In addition with key resources from the water industry now part of the MET team, we will be adding during 2010 further qualifications to our portfolio including a dedicated leakage detection zone.
