•Tracing of individuals / potential witnesses
•Interviewing of those involved in the incident
•Investigation of a fraudulent claim
•Attendance of the actual scene of the incident
•Construction of a plan of the scene of the incident
•Evaluation of evidence presented by others (A & E departments, Police etc)
•Identification of breeches in Legal obligations
•Gathering of physical evidence
•Production of a professional report
•Root cause analysis and fault tree
